We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Your personal information, account data, and User Content may be stored on servers located in various countries, including but not limited to the United States, European Union member states, and other jurisdictions. By using our Apps, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in these locations.
If you upload, post, or share content through our Apps (such as images, videos, text, or other User Content), this content is stored on our servers or third-party cloud infrastructure providers. This content may be accessible to other users depending on the features of our Apps and your privacy settings.
We may use third-party cloud storage and infrastructure providers to store and process your data, including:
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The retention period may vary depending on the type of information and the purposes for which it is used.
Specifically:
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you. However, some data may persist in backups for a limited period.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Our Apps use Google Firebase for backend services, which provides enterprise-grade security:
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data, and you transmit information to us at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the Apps.
We take children's privacy seriously. For detailed information about how we protect children in family-oriented Apps, please see our Children's Safety Policy.
Our general-purpose Apps (games, utilities) are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in these Apps. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Some of our Apps are family safety applications that enable families to share locations and stay connected. These Apps support families of all compositions - including families consisting entirely of adults, as well as families that include children. For families with only adult members (18+), standard privacy practices apply with no age-based restrictions.
When children participate in family groups, additional safeguards apply as described below.
All users, including children, create their own accounts. During registration, users provide their age or birthdate for age verification purposes. When a child (under 13) creates an account and joins a family group (with parental consent), we collect the following information:
This information is collected solely to provide the family safety features and is not used for advertising purposes. Children can chat with family members and view content created by other family members. Children under 13 have access to limited app functionality and certain features require parental verification to use. All interactions are limited to their family group - they cannot interact with anyone outside the group.
The following protections apply when a family includes children under 13:
For Apps that may be used by children, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and similar regulations in other jurisdictions. This includes:
If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about your child's privacy, wish to review or delete your child's information, or believe your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us at sergiu1203@proton.me with "Children's Privacy" in the subject line.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:
Our legal bases for processing your information include: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as improving our services and preventing fraud), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
We do not "sell" personal information as traditionally defined. However, some data sharing with advertising partners for targeted advertising may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by adjusting your device settings as described above.
To exercise any of your privacy rights, please email us at sergiu1203@proton.me with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. Include:
We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 30 days (or sooner if required by applicable law). If we need additional time, we will notify you.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your privacy request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority:
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.
When we transfer information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries that have not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Our primary data processor, Google Firebase, participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing not be tracked. Our Apps do not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you can control tracking through your device settings as described in the "Interest-Based Advertising" section above.
Our Apps may allow you to post, upload, share, or publish content that may be visible to other users ("User Content"). Please be aware that:
We are not responsible for how other users or third parties use any User Content that you have made publicly available. Please think carefully before sharing personal information in User Content.
Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
On iOS 14.5 and later, we comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. When you first open our App, you may be asked whether you allow the App to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this setting at any time in your device settings under Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Tracking.
If you choose not to allow tracking, we will not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for advertising purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us:
